Manchester United are the favourites to sign Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, according to the bookies.
BetStars Director of Trading Ian Marmion said: “Manchester United are the favourites to sign Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio after Barcelona look to have pulled out of a deal to sign the Serbian, put off by Lazio’s €80 million asking price.
“The Red Devils have long been linked with a move for Milinkovic-Savic and can be found at 2/1 to complete a deal for the 23-year-old.
“The midfielder’s good form for club and country makes it unlikely United would go unchallenged for his signature, and we have Juventus in at 4/1 to sign Milinkovic-Savic.
“The Serie A champions may also face competition from their league rivals Napoli, who could use the Serbian as a replacement for Jorginho, himself linked with a transfer away from the Stadio San Paolo.
“Real Madrid and Manchester City round up the betting market for Milinkovic-Savic, priced at 11/2 and 13/2 respectively.”
